Great food. Unfortunately the restaurant was filled with a very strong smell of fried food. Dont bring your nice clothes! For the price (100+ pp) we would unlikely come back.
Was excited to return to Wilder for a well overdue visit, and the whole evening once again exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by the excellent restaurant manager Faye to the time we finally left at the end of the night, after a fabulous treat of mouth-watering dishes prepared with wonderful, seasonal ingredients from the incredibly skilled Matthew, I couldnt fault a thing. The cured salmon with lightly pickled cauliflower and caper and raisin dressing was a particular highlight. The accompanying wine flight matched the food perfectly am very keen to seek out these wines to enjoy again at home, just a shame I wont be able to do the same with the exquisite food!
Absolutely wonderful. The food was fantastic and because the tasting menu was a surprise it was lovely not knowing what we would be getting next, an absolutely culinary delight and my husband and I absolutely loved it .
